:
1. Records in the state register of securities:
1.1 Restructuring previous episodes of shares of the foreign capital "Petrom-Moldova" (sos. Munceşti 269, mun., IDNO 1002600045798) by increasing the nominal value of a share nominative ordinary lion from 1 to 3 lei at the expense of converting debt creditors. Company's share capital after the restructuring programs will be 47879920 143639760 lei divided into ordinary shares with a nominal value of 3 lei with state registration number MD14PETM1007.
1.2 Reduction of share capital of the Company "ANTICOR-ELECTRO" SA (str. Orhei Barrier 5/4, mun., IDNO 1004600026144) with 121 160 lei by annulment of 30290 treasury shares. Company's share capital after the reduction will be 20016 lei, divided into 5004 ordinary shares with a nominal value of RON 4 MD14TICE1008 with state registration number.
2. This decision shall enter into force from the date of publication.
