Examined the issue of the vacancy announcement contest for the vice-president of Edinet Court, judge at Calarasi, Ialoveni and Rîşcani, having heard the information Mrs. Violeta Cojocaru, Superior Council of Magistracy, under Art. 9 of the Law on the Status of Judges, art. 4, 81 and 24 of the Law on the Superior Council of Magistracy

DECISION R A S TE:

1. Announces contest to fill the vacant position of Vice President of Edineţ District Court.
2. Announces contest for the position of judge at Calarasi (1 post) Ialoveni (1 post) and Rîşcani (1 post).
March. Candidates may submit their applications for the contest at the Superior Council of Magistracy, within 30 days of the publication of the decision in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. Candidates should submit their applications for the contest in accordance with the Regulations on the Register of participants in the contest for the vacant position of judge president or vice president of the court, approved by SCM Decision no. 418/17 of 2 June 2015, published in Official Gazette no. 247-252 of 09/04/2015.
May. Additional information can be obtained from the Secretariat staff Superior Council of Magistracy (mun. Chisinau, str. Eminescu 5, tel. 08/08/99, 03/08/99).
June. Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the Superior Council of Magistracy (www.csm.md).
