Town Council Secretary Vatra, Chisinau, the Central Electoral Commission has submitted the resignation of councilor elected on the list Dumbravă Marian political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" and declaration of consent to the following alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor in the Town Council Vatra Elena Jeleva belongs alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", confirmed by the Court's judgment Buiucani, Chisinau
17 July 2015. pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with section. 11:29 p.m. of Regulation on the procedure of lifting and validation of the mandates adviser, approved by CEC Decision no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Dumbravă Marian political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in Vatra City Council.
2. Counselor is assigned mandate City Council Vatra, Chisinau, Elena Zheleva alternate candidate on the list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
March. It preavizează adviser Elena Zheleva the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
