By decision no. 4316 of 20 November 2015, the Central Election Commission registered initiative group numbering 775 people voting for the constitutional referendum signature collection.
By the same decision, the Commission established within 3 months from the date of signing of teaching-receiving members of the initiative group tickets and subscription lists for collection of signatures for holding the referendum to revise the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova. On December 14, 2015 was signed the delivery-receipt of cards that members of the initiative group and subscription lists by the initiative group, that the deadline for presentation to the Central Election Commission of the report on the tabulation procedure collection of signatures and lists the subscription will expire on 14 March 2016.
initiative Group have been issued four types of forms of subscription lists, each containing a question of four expected to be put up for referendum constitutional, with a total circulation of 25 thousand 100 thousand tabs or tabs for each type of list. To ensure an orderly activities, the Central Election Commission establishes the Commission for Reception, made up of four working groups, which each task receive one type of petitions.
At the stage of receiving of petitions, the Commission receiving or working groups within it will check the subscription lists only quantitatively, and in the act of teaching and reception prepared for each type of subscription lists are will record their total number, including administrative-territorial units of the second level, and the number of signatures in support of the referendum initiative group declared as collected under the subscription lists presented.
In light of the above, and in order to ensure an efficient activity and achieving transparency in the verification of subscription lists and authenticity of signatures of supporters of the republican referendum to revise the Moldovan Constitution, pursuant to art. 18, 22 and 157 of the Electoral Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with Regulation compilation, authentication, verification and presentation of petitions, approved by CEC Decision no. 2682 of 1 October 2014 Instruction on organizing the presentation, receipt and verification of subscription lists to initiate a republican referendum, approved by CEC Decision no. 4526 of 4 March 2016, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It establishes the Commission for receiving subscription lists, consisting of four working groups corresponding to the four types of lists containing four different questions issued in the following composition:

(2) of the Constitution to reduce the number of deputies, by substituting annual 71 101 figure? "

2. Results receiving documents according to their responsibilities set out in pt. 1 of this decision shall be entered in the acts of teaching and receiving separately for each type of petitions received, and signed on the one hand, the initiative group responsible submitting subscription lists and documents, and on the other hand, the working group within the Commission for reception responsible for receiving these types of lists.
March. It designates the Central Electoral Commission, Iurie Ciocan, the person responsible for organizing the work of the working groups of the Commission receiving assurance of receiving the reports on the tabulation procedure for collecting signatures for holding the referendum constitutional documents attached to they and subscription lists submitted by the initiative group.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
