For the election local mayor Rosh eye commune, Noi district, and village Sarata Yellow Hincesti, dated 15 May 2016 and pursuant to art. 18, 26 para. (1) c) and 120 para. (1) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, the Central Election Commission er S're hot:
1. It constitutes the first level constituencies for elections eye commune local mayor Ros Noi district, and village Sarata Yellow Hincesti, dated 15 May 2016 as follows:
- Communal Constituency eye Rosh no. 4/18, district Noi;
- Sarata Yellow communal constituency no. 20/34, Hincesti.
2. The boundaries of electoral districts will correspond to boundaries of administrative territorial units provided by Law no. 764-XV of 27 December 2001 on Administrative division of Republic of Moldova, as amended and supplemented.
March. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
