By decision no. 4405 of 23 December 2015, the Central Election Commission has raised in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Piotr jail political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in the City Council Basarabeasca Basarabeasca district.
On 27 January 2016, interim secretary of the Town Council Basarabeasca Central Election Commission has sent the resignation of councilor elected on the list Gribinenco Alexandr political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", and the documents required mandate advisor award next alternate candidate.
Based electoral documents that it holds the Central Election Commission, the office of councilor in the Town Council Basarabeasca Galina Chiurcci their respective alternate candidates on the list and Tatiana Turcu political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", confirmed by the Court's judgment in Basarabeasca 30 June 2015. the mandate award took into account the certificate issued by the Municipality confirming that stay abroad Sarmaniuc alternate candidate Gennady statements and alternate candidates Cuşnir Ivan and Galina Pădurean list of political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova "whereby they refuse to award the mandate adviser.
Pursuant to art. 18 para. (2) art. 22 para. (1) u), art. 133 par. (12) of the Election Code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 art. 5 paragraph. (2) f) and para. (3) of Law no. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 concerning the status of local elected and in accordance with pt. ​​23, 25 and 29 of the Regulation on the procedure of removing and validation of councilors' mandates approved by CEC Decision nr.1931 of April 23, 2013 Central Election Commission decides:
1. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the elected list Gribinenco Alexandr political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova" in Basarabeasca Town Council.
2. It assigns mandates adviser Town Council Basarabeasca Basarabeasca district, Galina Chiurcci alternate candidates on the list and Tatiana Turcu political party "Party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova".
March. It preavizează advisers Chiurcci Turcu Tatiana Galina and the obligation to comply with the deadline of 30 days to remove the incompatibility if it develops.
4. This decision shall enter into force upon adoption, will be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
