Competition Council, acting pursuant to art. 41 of the Competition Law. 183 of 11.07.2012, art. 2 and art. 10 of the Law on State Aid no. 139 of 15.06.2012, Parliament Resolution on the appointment of members of the Competition Council no. 179 of 12.07.2013 and the Decision of the Parliament on the appointment of a member of the Competition Council no. 220 of 09.27.2013;

DECIDED:

1. It notes that the support measures notified by the Energy Efficiency Fund constitutes State aid within the meaning of art. 3 of the Law on State Aid no. 139 of 15.06.2012, the beneficiaries carrying out an economic activity.
2. To authorize State aid scheme "Call for proposals for project no. 3 Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy Sources exploitation addressed applicants for public sector funding. "
March. Energy Efficiency Fund annually by 31 March, the Competition Council will submit information regarding State aid granted under the scheme in order to supplement State aid Register, in accordance with Art. 19 of the Law on State Aid no. 139 of 15.06.2012.
4. This Decision shall enter into force upon adoption and shall be notified to the Energy Efficiency Fund.
