Parliament adopts this organic law.
Single article. - Notwithstanding the provisions of the Customs Code of the Republic of Moldova no. 1149-XIV of 20 July 2000 of the Tax Code no. 1163-XIII of 24 April 1997, Law no. 172 of July 25, 2014 approving the combined nomenclature of goods and the Law. 1380-XIII of 20 November 1997 concerning the customs tariff is permitted by way of exception, the Ministry of Education introduction in the country and placed under the import customs regime with exemption from import duties of 450 units of data processing other than those of subheading 8471 41 or 8471 49 even containing in the same housing one or two types of units the following: memory unit, input unit, output unit, tariff heading 8471 50 000, provided under the Memorandum of understanding on cooperation in information and communication technologies between the Ministry of Education of the Republic and the Office of Special Governmental Education of the Province of Jeju in the Republic of Korea, signed on September 21, 2015 in Chisinau, for without the right of alienation on the estimated useful life, institutions pre-university education.
