Pursuant to art. 9:50 of the Law no.10-XVI of 3 February 2009 on state supervision of public health (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, No. 67, art.183), as amended and supplemented, and in order to implement the Strategy national prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for the years 2012-2020, approved by Parliament Decision No. 82 of 12 April 2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 126-129, art.412), the Government DECIDES: || | 1. To approve:
National Action Plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for the years 2012-2020, in accordance with Annex 1;
Nominal composition of the National Coordination Council of the prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases, in accordance with Annex 2;
National Coordination Council Regulation of prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases, according to Annex No. 3.
2. It states that in case of dismissal from public office held by members of the Council, their responsibilities under it shall be exercised by newly-appointed persons in the respective positions without issuing another decision by the Government.
March. Ministries and other central administrative authorities:
will ensure, within the powers attributed to the realization of this decision and actions included in the National Action Plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for the years 2012- 2020
Will report annually until March 31, the Ministry of Health about the execution of the National Action Plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases in 2012-2020.
4. Ministry of Health will submit to the Government and the National Coordination Council until April 15 annual report on implementing the measures set out in the National Action Plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for Prevention and Control of Non-communicable Diseases in 2012-2020 and publish it on the website.
May. It is recommended that local authorities:
to develop and approve, within two months, local action plans for achieving national action plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for years 2012-2020;
Examine achieve annual local plans of action for implementing the National Strategy for prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for the years 2012-2020 and to take measures to achieve the objectives set.
June. The measures referred to in the National Action Plan for the years 2016-2020 on the implementation of the National Strategy for prevention and control of noncommunicable diseases for the years 2012-2020 will be made from and within the limits of the national public budget and other sources, according to the legislation . The estimated costs of the actions will be adjusted during the implementation of the Plan, based on the volumes of available components national public budget allocations.
July. Control over the execution of this decision is the responsibility of the Ministry of Health.
