The Government DECIDES: 1. Position "category II" in point 1 of table 5 in annex 4 to Decision No. 381 of 13 April 2006 "With regard to the conditions of remuneration of budgetary units" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006, nr. 66-69, art. 431), with subsequent amendments and additions shall be completed with the subheading "State drama theatre" S uliţî Pink ".
2. Position 12 of section "theatrical" Institutions of Schedule 5 to the Government decision No. 727 of 19 November 2009 "on approval of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of culture, structure and maximum staff of its central apparatus" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 169-170, 775), with additions and amendments, shall read as follows: ' 12. State drama theatre "S uliţî Pink". Chisinau ".
3. the expenditure related to the implementation of the given decision shall ensure at the expense of the budget provided for the Ministry of culture.
4. The Ministry of culture will bring its normative acts in compliance with this decision.
