Published: 09.09.2016 in Official Gazette No. 293-305 art No.: 1470 date of entry into force: 09.08.2016 Embassy of the Slovak Republic in the Republic of Moldova has submitted to the Central Electoral Commission for the accreditation of a 2 persons as international observers to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
In accordance with article 5. 18 and 63 para. (3), (6) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997, sections 5 and 15 of the Regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, the Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. Accrediting as international observers to monitor elections 2 persons of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016 on the part of the Embassy of the Slovak Republic in the Republic of Moldova, in accordance with the annex.
2. In their work accredited persons will be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code and the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption and shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions of the law on protection of personal data.
