Pursuant to article 1. 18 of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with the regulation on delegation of employees of entities of Republic of Moldova, approved by Government Decision No. 10 of January 5, 2012 and by accepting the invitation of the Association of electoral Officials (ACEEEO) to participate in the 25th edition of the ACEEEO annual Conference, which will take place on 21-23 September 2016 in Tirana, Albania, the Republic's Central Electoral Commission decides: 1. delegate, for the period September 20-23, 2016, Mrs. Alina Russu, Chairman of the Central Election Commission, and Mr. Iurie Ciocan Member of the Central Election Commission, to participate in the 25th edition of the ACEEEO annual Conference, which will take place on 21-23 September 2016 in Tirana, Albania Republic.
2. The delegation will travel to Tirana air route Chisinau-Chisinau-Tirana, with stopover.
3. financial-economic Direction will pay transport costs and accommodation and subsistence expenses in accordance with the laws in force and the participation fee for a participant. Local transport will be provided by the organizers.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
