Published: 09.09.2016 in Official Gazette No. 293-305 art no: 1472 date of entry into force: 09.08.2016, Chișinău Branch of the International Institute for democracy development monitoring, parliamentarism and the electoral rights of citizens of Member States of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the community of independent States (CIS/IPA IIMDD) has submitted to the Central Electoral Commission for the accreditation of a 3 persons as observers to monitor the elections of the President of the national of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
Chișinău branch of the International Institute for democracy development monitoring, parliamentarism and the electoral rights of citizens of Member States of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the community of independent States (CIS/IPA IIMDD) is an association dealing with qualified, in accordance with its Statute, to the defence of human rights and democratic values.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and 63 para. (4), (6) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 5 of the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, CEC h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Shall accredit as observers in national 3 people (according to the attached list) from Chișinău Branch of the International Institute for democracy development monitoring, parliamentarism and the electoral rights of citizens of Member States of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the community of independent States (CIS/IPA IIMDD) "in order to monitor the elections of the President of the Republic of Moldova of 30 October 2016.
2. In their work accredited persons will be guided by the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the electoral code, the regulation relating to the status of observers and their accreditation procedure, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 332 of 24 October 2006, as well as international treaties to which Moldova is a party.
3. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, in compliance with the provisions on the protection of personal data.
