    The communal Council Ciutești, Nisporeni district, by decision No. 2/2 of 30 June 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing Lacy Valentine elected party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, it became vacant a counselor assigned to the party nominees.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of Municipal Council Ciutești Alternate candidate bears Lazarus Valentin on the list of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 19 June 2015 Nisporeni.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2) and article 3. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)) and item 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays to a mandate of the communal Council Ciutești.
2. assign the mandate of Municipal Council Ciutești, Nisporeni Raion, Alternate candidate from the list of Veronica Lazar of the party of Communists of the Republic of Moldova.
3. Veronica Lazar preavizează Adviser on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
