Implementation of centralized records of the Bureau of motor vehicle Insurers of damage "green card", a result of the open road accidents abroad by holders of certificates of insurance policies "green card", issued by the full members of the Bureau, and liquidation of damages by them pursuant to article 31, paragraph 2. (1) (a). g) of law No. 414-XVI from 22.12.2006 "on compulsory insurance against civil liability in respect of motor vehicles" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 32-35, art. 112), with amendments and additions thereto, article 8 paragraph 2 of point j) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 4, letter b) of technical Concept of the automated information system of State compulsory insurance against civil liability in respect of motor vehicles approved by Government decision No. 133 of 27.02.2012 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, no. 42-45, art. 161), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: i. the judgment of the National Commission of financial market nr. 50/8 of 30.11.2012 "on the electronic processing of documents of the compulsory insurance civil liability" (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2012, nr. 248-251, 1499) is modified and completed as follows : 1. After item 13 shall be completed with us 131, 132 and 133 with the following content: "131. The National Bureau of motor vehicle Insurers shall exercise centralized management of automated records outline of damage "green card" in the automated information system of the State as well as the Date the RCA Records liquidation claims incurred abroad and approved on the basis of the certificates of insurance policies "green card" issued by insurers licensed for compulsory insurance against civil liability in respect of internal and external of the Republic of Moldova in accordance with the internal regulations of the Council of bureaux "green card" and the internal rules of the National insurers ' Bureau of motor vehicles approved for this purpose. 132. National Bureau of Insurers of motor vehicles is responsible for record keeping and contour of the computerized files of damage "green card" data: confirmation of the validity of the certificate) of "green card" insurance issued by the insurer or its lack;

133. The insurer, for which National insurers ' Bureau Bureau of motor vehicles has confirmed the validity of the green card insurance issued, is responsible for the registration of the automated records of the dossiers outline of damage "green card" data relating to file for damages on behalf of open, including repayment of amounts claimed in its basis, according to technical parameters indicate. "
2. Point 14 is amended and shall read as follows: "14. The National Bureau of motor vehicle insurance, Insurers, insurance brokers and agents are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of data recorded in the automated information system of State-owned RCA.
