    I. on 8 may 2017, the electronic media watchdog CCA to upstart approach f/No. the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS"-a project of regional communication, funded by the EU, comprising six countries of eastern neighbourhood: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Within the framework of the mandate of the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" were made more videos in Romanian and Russian languages, presenting the results of cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova, including its impact on human life. The approach singled out longer mentions that "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" is an EU information centre that produces audiovisual materials, including in the form of publications, articles, success stories and daily news alerts, and reflect the relationship with the European Union, provided free for use and distribution are broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova. Possibility to export market in the EU has ensured that, in times of difficulty for the Moldovan economy, caused by the imposition of embargoes from other international partners, the business environment in Moldova has continued to develop. At the same time, the deep free trade agreement with the European Union and Comprehensively supports Moldovan companies to implement European quality standards, which provide the possibility to export products on all major markets in the world.
For this purpose, were made 8 videos with social character in Romanian and Russian languages, with major exporters on the EU market (businesses: Much, ADD, Group, flower, Draexlmaier, Zernoff, Orhei Vit, Etcetera).
During the meeting, members of the public said that the CCA claim spots publicizing the European Union delegation in Moldova regarding the benefits to the general public of the deep and comprehensive free trade between Moldova and the European Union, meanwhile, have prompted that the spots nominated contain advertising, recommending to the representatives of the European Union delegation in Moldova blurarea/companies/brands to avoid names that are contained in the spot. To accept the approach f/No. of 8 may 2017 project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS".
1.1. To recommend broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova using audiovisual content sources provided free of charge for EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS ' "and dissemination, free of charge, the videos in English, Romanian and Russian prepared by the project" EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS ", which presents the results of cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova in may 2017-2018 (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS-VALENTINO , O., D. BARBALATA HAMMER, A. CASTILLO, Born DAMASCUS, O. GUȚUȚUI, C., Iu. GREG and m. OBI-HADARCA).
1.2. the material will be made available to broadcasters by the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS".

2.1. BARBALATA, d. CAMERON, b. DAMASCUS, o. GUȚUȚUI , C., Iu. GREG and m. OBI-HADARCA; CONS-(1)-a. CASTILLO).
2.2. the videos will be made available to broadcasters by the delegation of the European Union in Moldova.
3. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
