I. on 8 may 2017, the electronic media watchdog CCA to upstart approach f/No. the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS"-a project of regional communication, funded by the EU, comprising six countries of eastern neighbourhood: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine.
Within the framework of the mandate of the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" were made more videos in Romanian and Russian languages, presenting the results of cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova, including its impact on human life. Social interest videos have been produced in accordance with the requirements of the European Commission's rules, and does not contain commercial advertising and are offered for free.
Result of those exposed, the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" respectfully requests the support of the CCA in order to disseminate current and future video productions, free of charge, by broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova.

• Launch of the campaign "Youth European Ambassadors" in the Republic of Moldova;

• Working together for a better future.
The approach singled out longer mentions that "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" is an EU information centre that produces audiovisual materials, including in the form of publications, articles, success stories and daily news alerts, and reflect the relationship with the European Union, provided free for use and distribution are broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova. Thus, the "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS ' calls for support of the CCA in order to enhance its communication with the broadcasters and the dissemination of information.
During the meeting, members of the public have said CCA representative "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS" that in spot No. subtitles 2 "the EU helps disabled children in the Republic of Moldova were found some grammatical errors, requesting their removal. 
II. The European Union's Delegation in Moldova has submitted the notification of the electronic media watchdog CCA No. ARES (2017) 2565886 of 19 may 2017, requesting support of the CCA in order to coverage, free of charge, the social campaign for the general public regarding the benefits of free trade agreement on deep and comprehensive between Moldova and the European Union.
With the implementation of the interim association agreement with the European Union and, subsequently, after the entry into force of this regulation, the trade of the Republic of Moldova and the European Union have increased considerably, the Moldovan exports to the EU currently representing 64% of total exports. Possibility to export market in the EU has ensured that, in times of difficulty for the Moldovan economy, caused by the imposition of embargoes from other international partners, the business environment in Moldova has continued to develop. At the same time, the deep free trade agreement with the European Union and Comprehensively supports Moldovan companies to implement European quality standards, which provide the possibility to export products on all major markets in the world.
For this purpose, were made 8 videos with social character in Romanian and Russian languages, with major exporters on the EU market (businesses: Much, ADD, Group, flower, Draexlmaier, Zernoff, Orhei Vit, Etcetera).
During the meeting, members of the public said that the CCA claim spots publicizing the European Union delegation in Moldova regarding the benefits to the general public of the deep and comprehensive free trade between Moldova and the European Union, meanwhile, have prompted that the spots nominated contain advertising, recommending to the representatives of the European Union delegation in Moldova blurarea/companies/brands to avoid names that are contained in the spot. Also a member of the CCA, Artur COZMA, said he supports the campaign in question, but not the spot Zernoff.
As a result of the public debate, in accordance with the foregoing, and pursuant to the provisions of art. 39, 40, 41 the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised and approved by Statute, Judgment No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, CCA DECIDES: 1. To accept the approach f/No. of 8 may 2017 project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS".
1.1. To recommend broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova using audiovisual content sources provided free of charge for EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS ' "and dissemination, free of charge, the videos in English, Romanian and Russian prepared by the project" EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS ", which presents the results of cooperation between the European Union and the Republic of Moldova in may 2017-2018 (PRO-(9)-UNANIMOUS-VALENTINO , O., D. BARBALATA HAMMER, A. CASTILLO, Born DAMASCUS, O. GUȚUȚUI, C., Iu. GREG and m. OBI-HADARCA).
1.2. the material will be made available to broadcasters by the project "EU Eastern NEIGHBOURS".
2. recognizes the effort made no. ARES (2017) 2565886 of 19 may 2017 of the European Union delegation in Moldova.
2.1. To recommend broadcasters under the jurisdiction of the Republic of Moldova the dissemination, free of charge, from May to December 2017, has 8 videos with a social character (in Romanian and Russian languages) for the general public regarding the benefits of free trade agreement on deep and comprehensive between Moldova and the European Union (PRO-(8)-VALENTINO, o. BARBALATA, d. CAMERON, b. DAMASCUS, o. GUȚUȚUI , C., Iu. GREG and m. OBI-HADARCA; CONS-(1)-a. CASTILLO).
2.2. the videos will be made available to broadcasters by the delegation of the European Union in Moldova.
3. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise general direction, approval and monitoring licensing.
4. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and on the website of the electronic media watchdog CCA.
