The Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. I.-Article 1 of the Decision of Parliament no. 8/2015 on the establishment of permanent commissions of the Parliament and their numerical composition (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 29-32, article 31), as amended, is hereby amended as follows: heading "Commission for economy, budget and finance ', ' 14 ' replace with ' 15";
under the heading ' Commission national security, defence and public order ", the numbers" 11 "shall be replaced with the numbers" 10 ";
"the Commission position on human rights and interethnic relations," figures "10" shall be replaced with the numeral "9".
Art. II.-the Parliament decision #. 9/2015 approving the nominal composition of the standing committees of Parliament (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 29-32, 32), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be read as follows: 1. in annex No. 2: position "Igor DODON-parliamentary Fraction of the party of Socialists of Moldova" is excluded;
After the heading ' parliamentary Fraction Abdelnour ZOTEA-Liberal Party "insert the heading:" ALICE "Eugen-unaffiliated lawmaker.
2. At Annex 4. 3 the heading "Liliana PALIHOVICI-parliamentary Fraction of Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" is excluded.
3. in annex No. 4: heading "FILAT Vladimir-parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" is excluded;
After the entry "GHIMPU Mihai-Liberal Party Parliamentary Fraction" insert the heading: "CALLA unaffiliated lawmaker Iurie-".
4. in annex No. 5 the heading "Secretary", the entry "Victor ROȘCA-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" is excluded.
5. in annex No. 8: "BARBĂROȘIE Abbey-the parliamentary Fraction of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova" is excluded;
After the heading ' S parliamentary Fraction Oleg-Democratic Party of Moldova "insert the heading:" OBAFEMI unaffiliated parliamentarian Nicolae-".
Art. III.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
