(2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 7.2, 7.3 lit. q) and item 10.1 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the National Commission for financial market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 48/5 from 27.09.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 157-160, art. 587), item 5, item 6 and item 7 of the regulation on the attestation of specialists professional financial market participants from non-bank approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 44/5 of 18.09.2008 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, no. 34-36, art. 118), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. In point. I letter c) subpct subpct 1 and 4 of the judgment of the National Commission of financial market nr. 40/4 05.08.2016 "approving the composition of the boards of professional attestation of specialists from financial market participants non-banking" (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 256-264, 1294), ' Aurica DOINA "shall be replaced with the text" Mahn "and the text" BUŞMACHIU Eugenia-PhD, Professor, Academy of economic studies of Moldova "shall be replaced with the text" Elena BURLACU-Lending Manager of UCIP-IFAD ".
     2. This decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
