I. on 19 April 2017, by letter f/No. "Media resources" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA extension of emission licence series AC nr. 000068 from 21.05.2010, released for the tv station "ORHEI", whose service programmes to be broadcasted through networks of distributors of services in the country.
II. On 20 April 2017, by letter f/No. "LIBERADIO" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA extension of Licence for broadcasting the series AA nr. 21.05.2010 from 082530, released for radio station ' RADIO SPORT ', whose service programmes to be broadcast on the frequency 101.3 MHz:-P.A.R., max. = 33.0 dBW.
III. On 20 April 2017, by letter f/No. "RADIO 21" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA extension of Licence for broadcasting the series AA nr. 21.05.2010 from 073720, released for radio station "RADIO 21", whose service programmes to be broadcast on the frequency: 102.7 MHz-P.A.R., max. = 30.0 dBW.
In the context of public debate, members of the electronic media watchdog CCA have requested monitoring services programs of the television station "ORHEI" and TV radio stations "RADIO RADIO" and "21" at the General Chapter, service programs, and they have granted the right to carry out their audiovisual activity up to the examination and approval of a final decision in respect of applications for renewal of the broadcasting licence.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 24 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 26 of the regulation on the procedures and conditions for issuing licences and retransmission authorisations, approved under Resolution No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and under laws presented by the enterprises, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. To conduct monitoring of services programs of the television station "ORHEI" and TV radio stations "RADIO RADIO" and "21" at the General Chapter, service programs-for a period of 7 days each. 2. To enable the "Media resources" S.R.L., founder of television station "TV" Orhei, audiovisual activities through distributors, until an examination of the progress report and the request for an extension of the AC series emission Licence nr. 000068 from 21.05.2010, in accordance with the provisions of art. 17 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for the issue of licences for broadcasting and retransmission authorisations (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c. d., and DUCA VALENTINO).
3. To enable the "foundress" LIBERADIO S.R.L., of the radio station ' RADIO SPORT ', audiovisual activities on the frequency 101.3 MHz:-P.A.R., max. = 33.0 dBW, by examining the progress report and the request for an extension of the broadcasting license series AA nr. 21.05.2010 from 082530, in accordance with the provisions of art. 17 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for the issue of licences for broadcasting and retransmission authorisations (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c. d., and DUCA VALENTINO).
4. To enable the "RADIO 21" S.R.L., founder of the radio station "RADIO 21", broadcast on the frequency of activities: 102.7 MHz-P.A.R., max. = 30.0 dBW, by examining the progress report and the request for an extension of the broadcasting license series AA nr. 21.05.2010 from 073720, in accordance with the provisions of art. 17 of the regulation on the procedure and conditions for the issue of licences for broadcasting and retransmission authorisations (PRO-(7)-HAMMER, o. BARBALATA, Iu. CARLSON, a. CASTILLO, born DAMASCUS, c. d., and DUCA VALENTINO).
5. control of the execution of this decision it exerts licensing and authorization, Direction Direction monitoring TV and radio monitoring Directorate.
6. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
