Pursuant to article 1. 2 (2). (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (1) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS), paragraph 7.3. lit. b) of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the National Commission for financial market, approved by the decision of the National Commission of financial market nr. 48/5 from 27.09.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 157-160, 587), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. to approve the annual report on the work of the National Commission of financial market and financial market functioning institutions for the year 2016 and shall be submitted to the Parliament, President and Government.
2. external relations and development and information technology Directorate will ensure placement of the annual report on the work of the National Commission of financial market and financial market functioning institutions for the year 2016 on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md).
3. The control over the execution of the present judgment is put in charge of Mr. Valeriu Chițan, President of the National Commission of financial market.
