In accordance with the provisions of art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). A1) and art. 14 para. (1) (a). c) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, and for the purpose of enforcing the provisions of art. 18 paragraph 1. (2) of law No. 174 of 25 July 2014 on the Organization and functioning of the national service for emergency calls 112 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 231-237, 533), the Government DECIDES: 1. Shall be sent to the number 5,511,103,133, the cadastral area of 0.38 hectares and the construction of cadastral number 5511103.133.01, with the area of 823.1 m2, located in Bacioi, mun. Chişinău, public property of the State, from the management of the Directorate-General for the administration of Government buildings in the management of the public Institution "national service for emergency calls 112".
2. The Academy of Sciences of Moldova will provide, free of charge, public Institution "national service for emergency calls 112" part of the land surface of 0.54 ha land cadastral number 5,511,103,130, with the area of 13.2199 ha, public property of the State, to form a separate real estate and its registration in the manner prescribed by law.
3. The Directorate-General for administration buildings of the Moldovan Government, jointly with the public Institution "national service for emergency calls 112", the Commission will be set up for the transmission of goods with the land register reference numbers 5,511,103,133 and 5511103.133.01, and the Academy of Sciences of Moldova, jointly with the public Institution "national service for emergency calls 112", will set up the Commission for transmission to the surface of the object of immovable property from 0.54 ha with land register reference 5,511,103,130 , which will assure, within 30 days, transfer of the goods in question, in accordance with the regulation on mode of transmission of public property goods, approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
4. the Agency for land relations and cadastre, in common with the holder of the right, will ensure modification of cadastral documentation in accordance with the provisions of the laws in force and of the present judgment.
