Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and art. 22 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), NATIONAL BOARD of FINANCIAREHOTĂRĂŞTE MARKET: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 reduction of registered capital of the joint stock Company "OȚELCON" (str. n. Titulescu 49, mun. 1003600084172, on WHOSE BEHALF) with 416010 lei by cancellation of Treasury shares 41601. The share capital of the company after the reduction will be 1188510 lei, being divided into 118851 ordinary registered shares with nominal value of 10 lei with the State registration number MD14OTEL1009.
1.2 Exclusion and cancellation of previously issued securities of the companies limited by shares:-"LEONARDO" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003600086970) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 220126 with the State registration number MD14VILE1003 as a result of the liquidation;
-"ROMANIȚA" (on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003602012739) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 12663 with the State registration number MD14RONI1005 as a result of the liquidation;
-Company "CENTER for PRODUCTIVITY and COMPETITIVENESS" (1007600031381 on WHOSE BEHALF) with a number of ordinary nominative shares 20000 with the State registration number MD14CPRA1005 as a result of the liquidation.
2. This decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
