The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Law nr. 407/2006 insurance (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 47-49, art. 213), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended and shall be completed as follows: 1. In article 2, paragraph (3) are repealed.
2. Article 7: in paragraph 5, the words "first and charges" shall be replaced with the text "first, rates and benefits";
article is supplemented with paragraph (51) with the following contents: "(51) in the calculation of premiums, fees and benefits within the insurance bans insurers (reinsurers) setting differentiated premiums, fees and benefits on the basis of the criterion of gender."
Art. II.-in article 121 of the law nr. 5/2006 with regard to ensuring equality between men and women (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2006 no. 47-50, art. 200), with subsequent amendments and additions (3) shall read as follows: "(3) the insured person shall be prohibited discrimination on sex criteria by setting differentiated premiums, fees and benefits within the framework of the business of insurance (reinsurance) and financial services sectors." 
Art. III.-this law will enter into force following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, with the exception of art. I point 2 in part what keep supplementing article 7 (51), i.e. in the case of life insurance, which will enter into force on 1 January 2018.
