Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8 paragraph 2 of point m) and subparagraph (c)), article 22, paragraph 2. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES:

1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities under the securities put on the results of the additional issue of shares of the enterprise with foreign capital "NATUR BRAVO JSC (Chișinău, str. 43. Cupcini, Raion Edineț, on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003600011211) in the amount of MDL 18 993 526 number 18 993 526 registered shares with the nominal value of the ordinary shares of 1 leu with the State registration number MD14TARO1007 at the expense of equity.
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
