Pursuant to law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), article 8, subparagraph (a). m) and lit. o), article 22 para. (3), para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Shall be entered in the State Register of securities: 1.1 transferable securities placed the stock Company "CORIDO-SERVICE" (str. Mitropolit Varlaam str. 3. Leova, 1005605001390) on WHOSE BEHALF the amount in lei 27857 27857 nominative ordinary shares with nominal value of 1 leu with the State registration number MD14CORS1006.
1.2 the securities in accordance with the statement of the results of the additional issue of shares in the public limited Company "DAWN" (Calea Ieșilor, Chisinau 8. Chisinau, 1002600001349) on WHOSE BEHALF worth 29216124 lei 1623118 in number of registered ordinary shares with the nominal value of 18 lei with the State registration number MD14ZORI1001 at the expense of money.
     2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of Financial Market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
