    The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Law nr. 200/2010 aliens (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2010, no. 179-181, art. 610), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended and shall be completed as follows: 1. In article 7, paragraph (3) shall be supplemented with the letter c) by the following: ' (c)) the alien does not possess an airport transit visa where belongs to the category of aliens who are required to hold an airport transit visa when passing through the transit area of an international airport situated in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. "
2. Article 16: under paragraph (1), the phrase "international transit area" shall be replaced with the words "international transit area";
(2) shall read as follows: "(2) an airport transit visa is required for nationals of States whose citizens are required to hold an airport transit visa when passing through the international transit area of an airport situated in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, in accordance with national legislation. The same applies to aliens who, without being nationals of the States included in the category of States whose citizens are required to hold an airport transit visa when passing through the international transit area of an airport situated in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, are in possession of a travel document issued by the authorities of the States concerned. "
Art. II.-Law nr. 257/2013 concerning nationals of third countries who have a visa obligation nationals of third countries who are exonerated from the requirement of holding a visa at the crossing of the State border of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no.1-3, art. 2), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended and shall be completed as follows: 1. Article 1: (2) the text "90 days within 6 months from the date of first entry into the country" shall be replaced with the text "90 days in any 180-day period, which involves a consideration of the last period of 180 days preceding each day of residence";

2. Article 2: in paragraph 2, the words "Refugees and stateless persons" shall be replaced with the words ", other than the Aliens and stateless persons, refugees who are";

(4) Aliens, refugees and stateless persons than the others, who are living in the States, by territorial entities and authorities set out in the annex. 3 and who are in possession of a travel document issued by States, entities and territorial authorities concerned have the obligation to hold an airport transit visa when passing through the international transit area of an airport situated in the territory of the Republic of Moldova. "
3. In article 3: (a) the words ' 90 days within 6 months from the date of first entry into the country "shall be replaced with the text" 90 days in any 180-day period, which involves a consideration of the last period of 180 days preceding each day of residence ";
(2) shall be repealed;

"
4. * Except for holders of diplomatic, service and special, as appropriate, at the time of the adoption of this law, traveled to Moldova without visa on the basis of international treaties to which Moldova is a party. "Art. III.-(1) this law transposes the provisions of art. 3 and annex No. IV of Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 810/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 July 2009 establishing a Community code of visas (Visa Code), published in the official journal of the European Union L 243 of 15 September 2009, of art. 6 paragraph 1. (1) of Regulation (EU) 2016/399 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 9 March 2016 Union Code regarding the crossing of borders by persons (Schengen Borders Code), published in the official journal of the European Union L 77 of 23 March 2016, and of art. 1 of Council Regulation (EC) No 1782/2003. 539/2001 of 15 March 2001 listing the third countries whose nationals must be in possession of visas for crossing the external borders and the list of third countries whose nationals are exempt from that requirement, published in the official journal of the European Union L 81 of 21 March 2001.
(2) the Government shall, within six months from the date of publication of this law in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, will bring its normative acts in compliance with it.
