The Parliament adopts this organic law.
Art. I.-Law nr. road traffic safety 131/2007 (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, 11-21, art. 6), with subsequent amendments and additions shall be completed as follows: 1. In article 2: "after the term" column is the official introduces a new concept with the following content: "aggressive behavior-making intentionally by a driver of a vehicle or the actions of successive manoeuvres as referred to in art. 33 para. (3) (a). (d)) of this law, in compliance with the provisions of the road traffic Regulation or the rules of driving, whereby it creates unfounded, prejudicial to the rights of movement obstacles to other road users or force them to take further action to prevent an accident or endangering traffic safety; "after the term" Manager "is introducing a new concept with the following contents : "driving-behavior of the driver of the vehicle, in accordance with the provisions of the road traffic Regulation, which ensures the prevention of road traffic accidents by preventing dangerous situations while driving the vehicle, and by anticipating and avoiding dangerous situations that can be caused by other road users,".
2. In article 33, paragraph (3) shall be completed with the letter d) with the following contents: d) to apply the rules of driving traffic and should not adopt aggressive behavior, manifested through actions such as: 1) successive displacement, irregular on a movement to another in order to experience, bypassing vehicles;
2) performing the maneuver back through the use of relaxation there is system;
3) starting in place of the vehicle by the sudden start;
4) a vehicle driver assault by bringing excessive rear or from side to side, repeatedly or continuously, through gestures, obscene words or phrases;
5) repeated use of sound signals and/or bright for forcing regular driver moving in front of it to issue unduly tape movement;
6) failure between two vehicles with a maximum authorised mass of more than 3.5 tons, traveling on the same band outside of the village, the required return on the tape of a vehicle which has made overcoming;
7) frînarea the vehicle unreasonably upon returning on tape immediately after overcoming a vehicle, forcing the driver to change direction or to frîneze to avoid sudden impacts;
8) overcoming a column of vehicles required to stop or slow down at the intrusion into an intersection, crossing at rail level or in cases of force majeure, in order to place the vehicle in front or inside of the column;
9) movement speed in the limit or exceeding this limit at a distance lower than another vehicle ahead, behind or to the sides, in order to agresării or bullying its driver;
10) driving a motorcycle or a ciclomotor on one wheel or a two-wheeled quadricycle rear;
11) low-speed movement unduly on a different band than the first, the orderly movement of vehicles împiedicînd moving in its wake;
12) astern in order agresării facing intimidation or other participants in the movement;
13) unauthorized movement in groups (two each, and more, with the exception of columns) with vehicles and/or motorcycle or ciclomotoare circulating on the same tape or parallel strips, exceeding the speed limit or unduly low speed, or without insurance between any two consecutive space vehicles required return on tape of a vehicle which has made overcoming. "
Art. II.-offences of the Republic of Moldova nr. 218/2008 (reprinted in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, no. 78-84, art. 100) is modified and completed as follows: 1. the code shall be supplemented with the following article 2411 reads: "Article 2411. The drivers of traffic rules or the rules of driving through aggressive behavior (1) the driver of a vehicle to road traffic regulations or rules for driving, committed by the expression of aggressive behavior, is sanctioned with a fine of 30 to 40 conventional units of 5 penalty points or work with community service for a period of 20 to 40 hours administrative detention, or with a term of 3 to 15 days, in any case, with or without deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 6 months to a year. (2) the actions referred to in paragraph 1. (1) committed upon a person, or (2) the group repeatedly during the same calendar year by a person already punished for this violation or that generated the risk of an accident shall be sanctioned with a fine of 40 to 60 conventional units of 6 penalty points or work with community service for a period of 40 to 60 hours administrative detention, or with a term of 15 to 30 days, in any case, with or without deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period from one year to two years. "
2. Article 244 shall read as follows: ' article 244. Violation of traffic rules by road that caused the risk of a traffic accident the infringements referred to in articles. 238 and 239 that led to the risk of an accident is punishable by a fine of from 18 to 30 conventional units of 5 penalty points or community service work with the community for a period of 20 to 40 hours, or with custody law for a term from 3 to 15 days in any case, with or without deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 6 months to a year. "
Art. III.-(1) this law shall enter into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, with the exception of art. (II), which shall enter into force three months after the publication of this law.

(2) the Government shall, within 3 months from the date of publication of the present law, will bring its normative acts in compliance with it.
