After examining the applications and submissions, in accordance with article 93, article 94 and article 95 of law No. 1134-XIII of 02.04.1997 "on joint stock companies" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, no.1-4, art. 1), and article 69, article 73 and article 79 of the civil code of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova (2002), no. 82-86, 661) and art. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. Are permitted reorganization of specialized Enterprise: 1.1 "Peony-PRIM" (Leo Tolstoy str. 63, mun. 1003600091426, on WHOSE BEHALF) through merger (absorption) to production and trade Company "INTERPLAST" S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1002600038950);
1.2 Limited Company "OȚELCON" (str. n. Titulescu 49, mun. 1003600084172, on WHOSE BEHALF) by dismemberment (separation) with transmission of part of the existing society heritage "METAL SV PROFIT" S.R.L. (on WHOSE BEHALF 1013600028843).
2. this decision shall enter into force on the date of publication.
