    Pursuant to article 1. 30 paragraph 2. (1) of law No. 595-XIV from 24 September 1999 on international treaties of the Republic of Moldova (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2000, no. 24-26, art. 137), with subsequent amendments and addenda will be issued this order: 1. To bring to the attention of the public as follows: a. on 1 January 2014 has entered into force, the Universal Postal Convention drawn up at Doha on 11 October 2012, ratified by law No. 164 of 7 July 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 592, art. 277-287).
b. 1 January 2014 came into force final Protocol to the Universal Postal Convention drawn up at Doha on 11 October 2012, ratified by law No. 164 of 7 July 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, no. 592, art. 277-287).
c. the date of 1 January 2014 came into force regulations of the Universal Postal Union, drawn up at Doha on 11 October 2012, ratified by law No. 165 of 7 July 2016 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 277-287, 594).
d. 1 January 2014 the arrangement went into effect regarding the postal services Bill, drawn up at Doha on 11 October 2012, ratified by law No. 166 of 7 July 2016 (Official Gazette of the RM, no. 2016, 277-287, art. 596).
e. on 27 January 2017 came into force the Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Moldova and the Government of the Republic of Slovenia on the implementation of the agreement between Moldova and the European Community on the readmission of persons illegally present situation, signed at Brdo pri Kranju on 11 November 2014. The text of the Protocol is attached.
f. 23 March 2017 came into force the agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the Portuguese Republic concerning the international transport by road of passengers and goods, signed in Lisbon on May 28, 2014, ratified by law No. 139 of 3 July 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2015, no. 190-196, art. 394).
g. on 12 April 2017 shall cease to be valid the cooperation programme in the fields of education and science between the Ministry of education of the Republic of Moldova and the Ministry of human resources of Hungary for the years 2014-2016, signed in Budapest on 27 February 2014, approved by Government decision No. 261 of 4 April 2014 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2014, no. 249-255, art. 1206).
h. on 1 June 2017 will come into force the additional protocol to the Council of Europe Convention on Cybercrime, concerning the criminalization of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems, done at Strasbourg on 28 January 2003, ratified by law No. 302 of 22 December 2016 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2017, no. 9-18, art. 44).
2. Publish this order, together with the text of the Treaty referred to in paragraph 1 (a). (e) in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
