Council of Bărboieni village, Nisporeni district, by decision No. 7/10 of 12 December 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing Mișcoi Lilia elected democratic party list. At the same time, the Secretary transmitted to the Council the village Bărboieni Central Electoral Commission resignation of Madan Adviser Ion elected Political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova", as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
Since the list of Deputy candidates of the Party Democratic Party of Moldova has been exhausted, the descending sequence was restored, according to which the highest numerical value shall be the list of candidates of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, mandates village Council Bărboieni their duties Janine Christina of Deputy candidates on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova and Nadar list Nicholas political party "the party of Socialists of the Republic of Moldova". The Central Electoral Commission finds that the decision on raising the mandate of Councillor was adopted on 12 December 2016 and the claim about raising his Adviser Mr. Madani Ion was submitted to the Council on 29 December 2016, and the documents required for award of mandates of Councillor alternate candidates have come to the Commission in the 9th and 28th February 2017 , which denotes the failure by Council Secretary of village Bărboieni of terms set out in paragraphs 23 and item 30 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013.

(1) (a). e) of law No. 436-XVI dated December 28, 2006 on local public administration and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)), section 23, paragraph 25, section 26, paragraphs 29 and 30 of Regulation point in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1.
