(3) (a). e) of the Civil Aviation Law nr. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 b(3) of section 7 and 5) of the rules of organization and functioning, structure and maximum personnel of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government decision No. 645 from 07.08.2014, to execute duties incumbent on Civil Aviation Authority as a public authority which approves the regulations, instructions and other technical documents that contain enforceable standards and procedures for individuals and legal entities working in the field of civil aviation, in order to improve the national legal framework governing the design and operation of airfields in the territory of the Republic of Moldova, in order to ensure compliance with the standards and recommended Practice (SARPS) of annex 14, volume 1, "the design and operation of airfields" Aviation Convention international civil (Chicago, 1944), ORDON: 1. Approving Amendment No. 01 to document "technical requirements regarding the design and operation of airfields," the editio 03, according to the annex to this order.
2. Civil Aviation Authority will make available to all interested persons to this order through publication on the official website www.caa.md, in the section "normative framework-regulations".
3. This order comes into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
