    Pursuant to the provisions of art. 36 and art. 40 para. (2) of law No. 149-XVI dated 8 June 2006 concerning the Fisheries Fund, fishing and fish farming, I HEREBY ORDER as follows: 1. The following shall be regarded as periods of prohibition for amateur angling and of all the species of fish, molluscs and crustaceans for acquisition and other aquatic organisms in natural aquatic fishery objectives in Moldova: 1) for 70 consecutive days, from 1 April to 9 June 2017 including: a) the Nistru sector at the village Naslavcea until Camenca;
(b)) in the accumulation Lake Dubăsari;
c in Dniester River) sector to the Dubasari Hydroelectric power plant up to the Palanca village and in the arm Turunciuc;
d) on the Scratchpad, Raut, Bâc, Ichel, Botna and tributaries of the Dniester River, with the exception of aquatic fish artificial goals built on them;
s) rivers Larga, Vilia, Lopatnic, Racovăţ, Ciuhur, Camenca, Gârla Mare, Delia, Nârnova, Lăpuşna, Salty, Tigheci, tributaries of the river Prut, except water, artificial fisheries goals built on them;
f) on the Cogalnic Ialpug, Cahul, except for artificial aquatic objectives build on them;
g) in Lake Cahul.
2) for 60 consecutive days, from 1 April until May 30, 2017, including: a) the Prut River at the junction with the northern border of the Republic of Moldova with Ukraine until the village of Teţcani;
(b)) in the accumulation Lake Costesti-Rock;
c) sector of Prut River from the dam of hydrotechnical Costeşti-Stânca until Giurgiulesti village;
d) in ponds Mantle.
3) In the accumulation Lake Cuciurgan, from March 25 until May 31, 2017.
2. during the period of prohibition shall allow the fishing on the river scrumbiei River, from the town of Criuleni (500 m downstream from the bridge-Poltava) up to the village of Palanca, Ștefan-Vodă, inclusive, except during the period of mass migration, which will be laid down by order.
3. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of the service of fisheries (Mr. Van Uap).
