approving the national action plan for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova-European Union during the period 2017-2019

(1) of law No. 64-XII from 31 May 1990 on Government (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, no. 131-132, 1018), as amended and supplemented, and art. 2 of law No. 112 of 2 July 2014 for ratification of the agreement establishing an association between the Republic of Moldova, on the one hand, and the European Union and the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, of the other part (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 2014, 185-199, 456) Government DECIDES: 1. Approving the National Action Plan for the implementation of the Association Agreement Moldova-European Union in 2017-2019 period (to be attached).
2. Ministries and other central public authorities will ensure, in accordance with the powers, implementation of measures included in the plan.
3. Ministries and other central public authorities shall submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration on a quarterly basis until the 15th of the following month via the platform reporting on-line www.monitorizare.gov.md, report on implementation of the measures included in the plan of implementation. Annual report and half-yearly report will be presented and on paper.
4. The ministries and other central public authorities shall submit to the Ministry of economy on a quarterly basis until the 15th of the following month via the platform reporting on-line www.monitorizare.gov.md, report on implementation of the measures of implementation included in title V of the plan indicated. Annual report and half-yearly report will be presented and on paper.
5. the Ministry of Economic Affairs will ensure coordination of the realisation of the measures included in title V of the plan and shall submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration on a quarterly basis, until the 20th day of the following month via the platform reporting on-line www.monitorizare.gov.md, report on the implementation of measures for the implementation in question. Annual report and half-yearly report will be presented and on paper.
6. the Centre for harmonizing the legislation of the Ministry of Justice will ensure coordination of the realisation of the measures transposing European Union legislation included in the plan and shall submit to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration on a quarterly basis, until the 20th day of the following month via the platform reporting on-line www.monitorizare.gov.md, report on implementation measures for the transposition of the perspective level of compatibility with European Union law. Annual report and half-yearly report shall be submitted on paper and support.
7. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration will submit to the Government a report on the execution of the plan called until July 30 and January 30 of each year.
8. The control over the execution of the given decision is put in charge of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European integration.
