"CIRCULAR-FIN" (the village of Mălăiești, Rîșcani district, on WHOSE BEHALF the 1003602003768), in accordance with the action plan of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2017, under article 8, subparagraph (a). f), art. 21. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (3) and article 3. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 117-126 BIS), art. 46 para. (1) paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (5) of the law on savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 112-116, art. 506), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of FINANCIAL MARKET DECIDES: 1. it initiates a complex control regarding compliance with legislation in the field of savings and loan associations by A.E.Î. "CIRCULAR-FIN" for period of activity 01.05.2015-28.02.2017.
2. monitoring will be carried out by employees of the National Commission for financial market, appointed by order of the Vice-President of the National Commission of financial market.
3. A.E.Î. "CIRCULAR-FIN" will ensure the access control group members to all documents and other sources of information necessary for supervision.
4. this Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
