I. "IZBAŞLAZ" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA, by application No. 01 of 14 February 2017, authorization for retransmission of television Studio "IZBAŞLAZ" in the village of Copceac (r-nul Ştefan-Vodă), for the first period of activity.
It should be mentioned that the proposed offer for approval were excluded for TV stations: Animal Planet, Discovery Science и Охота рыбалка and the submission of contracts.
II. "MAXIMARIN" S.R.L. has asked the electronic media watchdog CCA, by application No. 01-17 of 20 February 2017, authorization for retransmission of television Studio "CCT TV" from Tvardita and Valea Perjei (Taraclia, r-nul) for the next term.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 28, 29 and 40 of the broadcasting code no. 260-XVI of BCC is supervised, of status, of art. 30-35 and 37 of regulation regarding the procedure and conditions for issuing licences and permits, approved under Resolution No. 433-XVI dated 28.12.2006 on Moldova's Parliament, and under laws presented by the enterprises, the audiovisual Coordinating Council DECIDES: 1. 4. Bank details regarding fee for authorization for retransmission: CCA, Chisinau, str. Vlaicu Pircalab 46 c/f: 1006601004024 Ministry of Finance-State Treasury IBAN-MD95TRPAAA142310A00348AA fee for issuing the authorization for retransmission constitutes 2500 lei.
5. control of the execution of this decision, it shall exercise Direction control and digitalization and economics, finance and accounting.
6. This decision shall be published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova and in the web page of the CA.
