    In accordance with the provisions of article 24 of the law on the supervision of public health no. 10-XVI dated February 3, 2009 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 67/182 of 3 April 2009), the Moldovan Government decision nr. 538 of 2 September 2009 approving the sanitary food supplements (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova No. 138-139/603 of 8 September 2009), of the Ministry of Health Order No. 354 of 13 may 2016 "With regard to the amendment of Order No. 263 of 30 March 2014", based on the positive decision of the Commission of experts for the evaluation of materials for the registration of substances in food supplements, nutritional or physiological purposes , plant and herbal preparations, intended for the manufacture of food supplements within the national public health Centre (report No. 42 of 31 January 2017), and in accordance with point 9 of the regulation on the organisation and functioning of the Ministry of health, approved by Government decision No. 347 of 31 May 2011, ORDON: 1. To register and to permit the use of the territory of the Republic of Moldova with destination of dietary supplements Silymarina Milk Thistle Gincana, lecithin, Ginkgo Biloba 40 mg, Propolis echinacea, vitamin C with Spirulina 500 mg, Ginkgo Biloba Gincana 80mg, Coenzyme Q10, vitamin C Propolis with echinacea junior, Siberian Ginseng, Omega 369, Omega 3 salmon oil-producer Alevia Suceava Romania SRL.
2. The products include Silymarina Milk Thistle, lecithin, Gincana Ginkgo Biloba 40 mg, Propolis echinacea, vitamin C with Spirulina 500 mg, Ginkgo Biloba Gincana 80mg, Coenzyme Q10, Propolis echinacea vitamin junior Ccu, Siberian Ginseng, Omega 369, Omega 3 salmon oil in the list of food supplements.
3. To publish this order in the Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
4. The control over the execution of the present order is put in charge of Mrs. Aliona Serbulenco, Deputy Minister.
