The Council of the village of Parcani, Șoldănești, by decision No. 11-2 of 27 December 2016, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of the hearing officer chosen list of Prodan Ala Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova. Thus, it became vacant a counselor assigned to its nominees.
On the basis of electoral documents in its possession, Central Electoral Commission, the mandate of the Council of village of Parcani bears the alternate candidate marine Grove on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova, confirmed by the decision of the Court of 25 June 2015 Șoldănești.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 and art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of 21 November 1997 and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)) and item 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the reported warrant Village Council Parcani.
2. the mandate assigned to it by the Council in the village of Parcani, Șoldănești, Alternate candidate marine Grove on the list of the Liberal Democratic Party of Moldova.
3. preavizează Marine Grove Councilman on the obligation to respect the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
4. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
