Village Council Fuzauca, Șoldănești, by decision No. 1.4 from January 19, 2017, raised in connection with absence without good reason from three consecutive meetings of the Council, the mandate of elected Alderman Ian N list of the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca." At the same time, the Secretary of the Council of the village Electoral Fuzauca Central resignation of Alderman Serghey Kornienkov Anatolii chosen list of Democratic Party of Moldova, as well as the documents necessary for the award of mandates of Councillor the following alternate candidates.
On the basis of electoral documents held by the Central Electoral Commission, mandates village Council Fuzauca incumbent Deputy candidates from the list of Mlo Mikhail electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and Scorțenscaia N from the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova. The lists have been confirmed by the decision of the Court of 26 June 2015 Șoldănești. The award of the mandate of the Democratic Party of Moldova has taken account of the candidates ' statements and Abu Abdul Rahman Muhammad alternates Olga on the party list, whereby they refuse the assignment of counsel.
Pursuant to article 1. 18 paragraph 1. (2), art. 22 lit. u), art. 133 paragraph 2. (12) of the electoral code no. 1381-XIII of November 21, 1997, art. 5 para. (2) (a). f) and paragraph 3. (3) of law No. 768-XIV of 2 February 2000 on the status of local public servant, art. 24 para. (1) (a). e) of law No. 436-XVI dated December 28, 2006 on local public administration and in accordance with section 18 lit. (c)), section 23, paragraph 25 and item 29 of the Regulation in respect of the seizure and the validation of mandates of Councillor, approved by the decision of the Central Election Commission no. 1931 of 23 April 2013, the Central Electoral Commission h a t â â t e r, and others: 1. Take note of the holidays an adviser assigned to the electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" Village Council Fuzauca.
2. Amounts in connection with the resignation, the mandate of the hearing officer chose Anatoliy Serghey Kornienkov list of the Democratic Party of Moldova in village Council Fuzauca.
3. the mandates assigned to it by the village Council Fuzauca, Șoldănești, Deputy candidates from the list of Mlo Mikhail electoral bloc "Moldova's European Popular Platform-Iurie Leanca" and Scorțenscaia N from the list of the Democratic Party of Moldova.
4. preavizează Scorțenscaia Haadi Mihail advisors and N on the obligation to comply with the time limit of 30 days to remove the incompatibility condition in the event of its occurrence.
5. this decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the Central Election Commission and the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
