Pursuant to article 1. 6 paragraph 1. (1) (a). ) and art. 14. (1) (a). b) of law No. 121-XVI dated 4 May 2007 on management and privatisation of public property (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, no. 90-93, art. 401), as amended and supplemented, art. 8 para. (2) of the law 523-XIV of 16 July 1999 concerning public property of administrative-territorial units (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 1999, no. 124-125, art. 611), with subsequent amendments and additions, the Government DECIDES: 1. Shall be sent free of charge, with the agreement of the communal Council of Сosăuţi, from public property of the State, the administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emergency Management Directorate of civil protection Service Soroca and emergency situations in the public property of the commune, Soroca, Cosauti, the production of cadastral number 309.5 m2, 7817103281.02, production building area 1900.3 m2, the cadastral number 7817103281.04, the garage area 665.2 m2, the cadastral number 7817103281.06, and part of the land plot with the area of 1.0 ha of land with the land register reference 7817103281, with 1.6098 ha located in the village of Iorjniţa, village Cosauti, Soroca.
2. send, free of charge, with the agreement of the Council of the District of Straseni, public property of the State, the administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emergency Management Division for the Chisinau municipality to the service of civil protection and emergency situations in public ownership of Straseni Raion administrative building with the area of cadastral number 115.3 m², 8001107283.01, and related land surface of 0.0243 hectares, the cadastral number 8001107283, located in the town of Straseni Serghei Lazo Street 2A.
3. It is proposed to submit to the City Council of Comrat, free of charge, from the public property of the municipality of Comrat in public property of the State, the administration of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Emergency Management Directorate of ATU Gagauzia Service of civil protection and emergency situations, 65.4% share from the construction of culture and leisure area of 273.4 m2, the cadastral number 9601203040.01, the construction of culture and recreation area 89.6 m2 9601203040.02, cadastral number, and the construction of cadastral number 13.7 m2, 9601203040.03, located in the municipality of Comrat, Novaya Street 7.
4. Service of civil protection and emergency situations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, in collaboration with local public administration authorities of the commune, Soroca, Cosauti, of the District of the municipality of Comrat straseni and will set up the Commission for the transmission of public property assets that will provide, within thirty (30) days, transfer of real estate specified in paragraph 1, in accordance with the regulation on mode of transmission of public property assets approved by Government decision No. 901 of 31 December 2015 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2016, nr. 1, art. 2), as amended and supplemented.
5. the Agency for land relations and cadastre in common with their successors will ensure modification of cadastral documentation, in accordance with the provisions of this legislation and decisions.
6. Annex 4. 18 the Government decision No. 351 of 23 March 2005 approving the lists of real estate public property of the State and to the transmission of property "(Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2005, nr. 129-131, 1072), with amendments and additions thereto, shall be amended as follows: item 210 shall read as follows:" 210.
