    For the purpose of checking compliance with the legislation in the field of savings and loan associations by A.E.Î. "HRUȘOVA" (Hrușova village, Criuleni, 1003600112392 on WHOSE BEHALF) in accordance with the action plan of the National Commission of financial market for the year 2017, under article 8, subparagraph (a). f), art. 21. (2), art. 22 paragraph 1. (3) and article 3. 25 para. (2) of law No. 192-XIV of 12.11.1998 "Concerning the National Commission for financial market" (republished in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 117-126 BIS), art. 46 para. (1) paragraphs 1 and 2. (2) and paragraphs 1 and 2. (5) of the law on savings and loan associations no. 139-XVI from 21.06.2007 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova, 2007, nr. 112-116, article 506), the NATIONAL COMMISSION of financial market DECIDES: 1. it initiates a complex control regarding compliance with legislation in the field of savings and loan associations by A.E.Î. "HRUȘOVA" for the period of activity 01.02.2014-31.01.2017.
2. monitoring will be carried out by employees of the National Commission for financial market, appointed by order of the Vice-President of the National Commission of financial market.
3. A.E.Î. "HRUȘOVA" group members will gain access to all the control documents and other sources of information necessary for supervision.
4. this Ordinance shall enter into force on the date of its adoption, shall be published on the official website of the National Commission of financial market (www.cnpf.md) and in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
