The Parliament adopts this decision.
Art. 1.-take note of the report of the Commission of inquiry for the evaluation exercise of the powers of State authorities in the process of monitoring the execution of the commitments deriving from the contract of concession assets contained in the management of State Enterprise "International Chisinau Airport" and their land plot.
Art. 2.-approved decision reconfirms the conclusions of Parliament. 227 of 3 October 2013 on the outcome of hearings about the situation from the "Banca de Economii" JSC and concession S.e. "international airport of Chisinau", related to the need to modernise the infrastructure of the State Enterprise "Chisinau" International Airport by attracting major investments and the efficiency of administration, and the lack of deviations from the normative in force, which would damage the essential process of concession of the management of the State-owned assets "Chisinau" International Airport and adjacent land plot them.
Art. 3.-Government: a) will consider the possibility of initiating the procedure for its renegotiation of the contract for the concession of State-owned assets management "International Chisinau Airport" and the land plot (contract No. 4/03 of 30 august 2013), taking note of the conclusions and recommendations of the Commission of inquiry, including the possibility of cancellation fee for upgrading;
b) would make the procedures for review of the regulation and nominal composition of the Monitoring Committee of the concession in order to define clear and consistent objectives of the Monitoring Committee, its quality, and to exercise effective control over the activity of the Monitoring Committee;
c) will ensure, through the Commission for monitoring, monitoring of compliance with the concession contract and compliance with the level of investments under the plan for the modernization of Chisinau International Airport;
d) will initiate the revision of the law. 534-XIII of 13 July 1995 concerning the concession and related legislation within the scope of the concession in order to eradicate non-conformities shown in the reports of the Commission of inquiry and of the working group set up at the Government's indication.
Art. 4.-National Centre General Prosecutor's Office and to examine compliance with Anticorruption laws of the heads of central public authorities, by civil servants involved in the process of concession of the management of State-owned assets "International Chisinau Airport" and their land plot and, where appropriate, the necessary measures will be undertaken.
Art. 5.-This decision shall enter into force on the date of its adoption.
