    In order to ensure the national security of the Republic of Moldova and in accordance with article 10. 88 lit. j) and art. 94 para. (1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, as well as of art. 12 of the law on State security and art. 26 of the law on national defence, the Chief of d e c r e t e z: article 1. -It constitutes the Supreme Security Council of the following members: Mr. Igor DODON, President of the Republic of Moldova, the Commander-in-Chief of the armed forces Secretary GANESH Artur-Adviser to the President in defence and national security Members: CANDU Andrian-speaker PHILIP Paul-Prime Minister BOȚAN-Chairman of the national security, defence and public order of Abd El-BASIT Parliament Minister of Internal Affairs Magrin-director of the information and Security Service of the Republic of Moldova HARUNJEN E-Attorney General
LONNIE S.-Governor of the National Bank of Moldova's Ruslan FLOCEA AS Secretary-general of the Republic of Moldova President apparatus ȘOVA Vasilii-Adviser to the President of the Republic of Moldova in the field of reintegration Elena GORELOVA-Adviser to the President of the Republic of Moldova in the field of economic adviser-LADANI President of Republic of Moldova in the field of legal and institutional relations, representative of the President of the Republic of Moldova in its relations with Parliament and the Government.
Article 2.-the Supreme Security Council operates under the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova, the State Security Law, the law on national defense, and other legislative acts of the Supreme Security Council Regulation, approved by the President of the Republic of Moldova.
Article 3.-the Government and the public administration authorities shall submit to the Supreme Council of National Security information necessary for conducting the work and will provide assistance to multilateral.
Article 4.-shall be repealed Presidential Decree No. 1916-VII of 21 January 2016 establishing Supreme Security Council.
Article 5.-This Decree shall enter into force on the date of signature.
