    Pursuant to article 1. 5 para. (3) (a). e-f)) of the Civil Aviation Law nr. 1237-XIII of 09.07.1997 and point 7 subpct. 5)-6) of the regulation on organization and operation of the Civil Aviation Authority, approved by Government Decision No. 645 from 07.08.2014, having regard to the provisions of section 7.3 of Working Arrangements concluded between the European Agency of aviation safety and Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Moldova at 28.11.2014, on the basis of the conclusions of the comparative analysis of the regulatory framework applicable to national recognition of enterprises involved in the maintenance of Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 of 26 November 2014, ORDON: 1. Recognition, as suppliers of maintenance services to aircraft registered in the State Register of the Republic of Moldova, the undertakings involved in the maintenance of aircraft certified according to Regulation (EU) No. 1321/2014 of 26 November 1986 concerning the continuing airworthiness of aircraft and aeronautical parts and appliances, and the approval of organisations and personnel involved in the field.
2. recognition by the Civil Aviation Authority of enterprises with maintenance duties in accordance with section 1 of this order, the owners/operators of air you for aircraft registered in the register of the Republic of Moldova shall provide: a) the making available to the Civil Aviation Authority a copy of the instruction manual to the presentation of the enterprise involved in maintenance (MOE);
b) if necessary, free access of the Civil Aviation Authority inspectors to facilities of enterprises involved in maintenance for the purpose of checking compliance with the standards and procedures and for the purposes of investigating specific problems;
c) reporting by the organisations involved in the maintenance of Civil Aviation Authority of the cases in which the aircraft is registered in the register of the Republic of Moldova is not airworthy.
3. certificates issued (Forms) organisations involved in the maintenance of Civil Aeronautics Authority recognised in accordance with paragraph 1 of this order shall be considered equivalent to those laid down by the applicable normative framework of the Republic of Moldova.
4. The declarations of entry into service issued by the organisations involved in the maintenance of Civil Aeronautics Authority recognised in accordance with paragraph 1 of this order will be amended to replace the reference to "part 145"-with the words "Requirements of the Republic of Moldova and will make reference to this order.
5. This order shall come into force following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Moldova.
