Enacted by the Parliament of Malaysia as follows: short title 1. This Act may be cited as the national land code Act (Confirmation) order 2003.
Confirmation 2. Every act or thing done by the Earthworks Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur under section 42, subsection 56 (4) and section 68A, 75A, 75B, 75E, 75F, 92B, 75G, 92C, 92D, 92E, 92F, 92G, 124A, 129, 204B, 204E, 433B and 433E national land before the commencement of this Act and the date of commencement of delegation of power under section 13 of the national land [P.U. (B) 108/2003] valid if the Committee delegated to perform Work the land acts or anything under that section are hereby validated and declared was done according to the law.
