REPOBLIKAN'I MADAGASIKARA Tanindrazana - Fahafahana - Fandrosoana National Assembly Law No. 2000-018 on the beverage manufacturing sets forth reasons in the context of the liberalization of the economic sector, food in general and drinks in particular became very sensitive subjects.
Order No. 60-098 September 21, 1960, relating to the regulation of the drinks only determines the tax regime applicable to the manufacturing and the sale of drinks.

Article 2 - the modalities of application of this Act are fixed by decrees.
Article 3. - this Act shall be published in the Official Journal of the Republic.
