The final beneficiaries of the event's food and veterinary service of the registered farms in the aquaculture animals (hereinafter referred to as aquaculture farms), which sought the advice of the owners, the players or any other person designated by the aquaculture farm. 6. The provisions referred to in point 4.1 of the tenderer provide individual consultation required by the aquaculture farms, and the applicant's planned collective consultation. 4.2. Event does not support the conclusion of contracts for the execution, which artificially and unduly increase the cost of the project and the fee is fixed as a percentage of the total cost of the project. III. Eligible and ineligible costs are defined in the 11 Measures the following eligible costs: 11.1. remuneration of experts or expert advice costs if the tutorials are provided on a contractual basis. General costs, including the costs associated with the information and publicity measures for the implementation of a project, legal expenses and other costs directly related to the preparation or implementation of a project and not exceed two percent of the rest of the rules referred to in paragraph 11 of the total eligible cost. For that work general costs undertaken by the applicant's personnel, remuneration is determined proportionate, taking into account the volume and nature of work, as well as relevant institutions in similar positions, the average pay of employees. 12. in paragraph 11 of these regulations, such costs are eligible for activities in the territory of Latvia, excluding expenditure on practical sessions abroad and foreign experts in travel costs. 13. The event is not defined eligible costs: 13.1. interest payments, money transfers, Currency Exchange Commission payments and exchange rate fluctuations suffered damage; 13.2. fines, penalties and costs of legal proceedings; 13.3. the costs associated with the supply of any services or work for which there is no organized according to the procurement procedure in accordance with the laws and regulations on the application of the procurement procedure; 13.4. the existing maintenance costs and the acquisition cost of fixed assets, other than those referred to in paragraph 11.3 of the rules; 13.5. maintenance, spare parts and operating costs; 13.6. taxes and fees, with the exception of this rule 11.8. referred to; 8.5. the costs incurred prior to the application of the project, except this rule 7.4. the costs referred to in (a); 8.6. cost, which by a field support service exceeds the average costs of the assessment, and the unfinished job costs; 13.9. Hours of work are determined in accordance with the labour relations regulatory laws, and main responsibilities to be duplicated with the tasks in the project.
