Replenish the 4.2 subparagraph after the word "bodies" with the words "as well as non-governmental organizations". 3. Replace the words "in paragraph 5.9. eight heads of non-governmental organisations, which have signed a memorandum" with the words "a memorandum signed by the eight non-governmental organizations in representatives of decision-making bodies or executive body (hereinafter referred to as NGOs)". 4. Replace paragraph 7, the words "home page" on the internet with the words "tīmekļvietn" (URwww.mk.gov.lv). 5. Replace paragraph 9, the words "home page" on the internet with the word "tīmekļvietn". 6. Add to paragraph 10 with the third sentence by the following: "If the number of candidates in the vote have received equal number of votes, the Council shall determine the order in which the representative is chosen to work in the Council until the expiration of the term." 7. Replace the 11, 12 and 13, the words "non-governmental organisations ' (the fold) with the words" non-governmental organization representative "(fold). 8. Supplement with 18.1 points as follows: "If you have previously known 18.1 the Council will vote on a particular issue, Council Member unable to attend a Council meeting and in accordance with the rules of procedure referred to in paragraph 18 shall not authorize any other institution or organization representative to participate in the relevant Council, have the right to cast your vote for any of the above solutions, known for their electronically informing the Secretariat of the Council.
