Express 3 by the following: "3. the district (City) Court in the area determined in accordance with the provisions of annex 2. Administrative District Court area is the entire administrative territory of the Republic of Latvia. Riga City Court area corresponds to the Riga City territorial breakdown, except for Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court, and of Riga, Pardaugava. Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court area corresponds to the area of the Centre of Riga and the Riga City Vidzeme suburb. Pardaugava Riga City Court area corresponds to the Riga City Kurzeme district and Riga City Zemgale suburb. "; 1.2. make paragraph 6 by the following: "6. Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court is made up of land registry department whose area corresponds to the city of Riga, Pardaugava Riga city Latgale suburb Court, Riga City Vidzeme suburb Court and Riga City Northern District Court area."; 1.3. make 3 of annex 1 of the paragraph by the following: "3.3.1.
