The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the real estate cadastre of the State law to make the real estate cadastre (public law of the Republic of Latvia Saeima and the Cabinet of Ministers rapporteur, 2006, nr. 1; 2008, 7 No, No 14, 2009; Latvian journal, 2009, 200. no; 2010, nr. 106; 2012, 50 no; 228 nr. 2014; 2016, 101, no. 230) the amendments are as follows: 1. Article 29: turn off third; turn off the fourth paragraph, the words "as well as the national dues rate and payment arrangements"; Add to article 4.1 part as follows: "Cabinet of Ministers (41) approves the charge of price list for cadastral land operators determine certification, prolongation of the certificate and the certified person supervision." 2. transitional provisions be supplemented by the following paragraph 37: "37 Cabinet until 2017 April 30 issue 29 of this law, article 4.1 part under Cabinet rules."
