The Saeima has adopted and the President promulgated the following laws: the law of electronic media to make the electronic media Act (Latvian journal 2010, nr. 118, 103, 144; 2011. no; 2012, 166. no; 2013, 40, 46, 61, 87, no. 234; by 2014, 92, no. 225; 2015, 251. No; 2, 2016 111 no) follows: 1. Article 56: replace the second paragraph, the words "the national electronic media Council members candidates which meet the criteria laid down in the fourth paragraph of "with the words" national electronic media Council members candidates who meet the criteria laid down in the third subparagraph and in respect of which does not exist in the fourth paragraph of this article, those limitations "; make the third paragraph as follows: "(3) the national electronic media Council members can nominate candidates for the Latvian citizen who declared place of residence is in Latvia, which has a higher education, at least five years of professional or academic experience of media, educational, cultural, scientific or human rights, good reputation and which, according to the requirements of the law are entitled to special privileges for access to State secrets." 2. the express 54. third part of article 3 by the following: "3) have found a legal thing that prevents the person concerned be a member (including non-compliance with this law, the third paragraph of article 56 of the requirements contained in)."
